Most businesses in Delhi NCR do not need an app on the Play Store to impress anyone. They need an app because a technician in the field, a student at home or a dealer in another city has to do something on a phone that a website does badly: scan a QR code, capture a photo with GPS, work offline in a basement, get a push notification when a job is assigned. We build mobile apps that do that job and plug into the systems you already run.
What we build
- Field-service and technician apps: job lists, check-in with location and photos, checklists, customer signatures, parts used, and AMC visit records that flow back to your CRM. We run one of these ourselves.
- Customer apps: service requests, complaint tracking, invoices and payments, and a live view of CCTV or attendance for business owners who want it on their phone.
- Learning and coaching apps: video lessons, tests, doubt chat, fee reminders and attendance for institutes, built on the same LMS we deliver on the web.
- Dealer and sales apps: catalogues, order placement, scheme calculators and collection tracking for distributors and manufacturers.
- Society and facility apps: visitor approval, gate passes, maintenance tickets and notices for RWAs that already use our gate automation.
Technology
We build cross-platform apps in Flutter when one codebase for Android and iOS makes sense (most business apps), and native Kotlin or Swift where the app depends on hardware features or performance. Backends run on PHP/Laravel or Node with MySQL or PostgreSQL, with REST or GraphQL APIs that your website, admin panel and app share. Push notifications, payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree), maps, camera, QR scanning and offline sync are standard components we have shipped many times.
How a project runs
- Discovery and screens. We list every user type and the three things each must be able to do, then wireframe only those screens. Scope creep is the main reason app projects fail; we fight it from day one.
- Design. Clickable prototype you can test on your own phone before a line of code is written.
- Build in releases. A working first release in weeks, not months, then iterations with your real users.
- Store publishing. Google Play and App Store listings, screenshots, privacy policy and review handling.
- Maintenance. OS updates, library updates, crash monitoring and small changes on a monthly plan.
Who it is for
Installers and contractors managing field teams, coaching institutes and schools, manufacturers with dealer networks, clinics and diagnostic labs, housing societies, and service companies across Ghaziabad, Noida, Delhi and the rest of India.
What it costs
A focused business app with one user type and a handful of screens is a modest project; multi-role apps with payments, offline sync and integrations are larger. We quote a fixed price per release after discovery, and you own the code and the store accounts.
