Our journey
Jagan India Global Services began in 2017 with a small team and a clear idea. The founders had spent years inside large electronics companies in India, watching security and fire-safety systems being sold on brochure specifications and installed by whoever was available. The systems worked on handover day and degraded from there. The gap in the market was not better products — it was accountable installation and honest maintenance.
The first years were CCTV and fire alarm projects for factories in Sahibabad and Loni, schools in Indirapuram and housing societies in Raj Nagar Extension. Word travelled the way it does in Ghaziabad: a plant manager recommended us to a supplier, a school principal to another principal. We added access control, biometric attendance and time-management systems because clients asked for a single contractor who could make the door, the camera and the attendance register agree with each other.
As those clients grew, their needs grew sideways. The same office that needed cameras needed a photocopier, a network that did not drop, a website that generated enquiries. Rather than refer them elsewhere, we built those capabilities in — printer and photocopier rentals, computer and networking AMCs, professional printing, and a web team that builds business websites, e-commerce stores and learning platforms. Today a client can call one number for the gate barrier, the fire pump test, the Tally server and the website.
In 2023 we formed a partnership with CGI in the Netherlands to provide onshore and offshore services, which brought global delivery practices — documented processes, change control, service-level reporting — into a company that had grown on relationships and craftsmanship. We think the combination is rare, and we work hard to keep both halves.
What makes us different
We survey before we quote. Every project starts with an engineer on site. The quotation lists brand and model numbers and a fixed price, and the design drawing comes with it.
Our own people do the work. Installation technicians, fire engineers, network engineers and support staff are on our payroll, trained on our checklists, and come back for the AMC visit. The engineer who installed your system is usually the one who services it.
We document and hand over. As-built drawings, commissioning reports, passwords in a sealed envelope, a one-page user guide. If you change contractors in five years, they will find everything in order.
We say no. If a machine is not worth repairing, if a camera count is more than you need, if a fire system can be upgraded instead of replaced — we tell you, and we price the honest option.
